Although we believe on our team's skills, and we try our best not to leave anything to be fix, but we give a FREE WARRANTY to all our services for three months after the walk through to make sure all our customers are getting the best experience with our services.
The WARRANTY covers:
Paint quality, and that's applies if the paint start pealing or faded, or was not matching.
If unpainted surface found after the walk through.
If a mistake by our team found after the walk through, and that's apply to drips on the walls doors, drops on the floor, paint found on surfaces that should not be painted.
A work that has been done by our team that is not the standard painting quality like unfilled nail holes bad patching, uncovered surfaces.
What the WARRANTY does NOT cover:
Damages that was made by furniture or people that are not with our team before or after the walk through. and that's apply to scratches, dents, damages to the walls, the trims, etc...
An issue we notified that will not be covered on the contract or before the walk through.
The warranty does not cover fixing walls that are not even.
The warranty does not cover ridiculously tiny things that is barely noticeable.
